NWRC, Strand Rd  Foyer from 6.30pm-8.30pm 31st October

Guildhall Reception Room with water and sofa is available for those who require it for a short period throughout the festival- NB: Not available for 2.30pm-4.30pm on Tuesday 31st October as a live Broadcast from Mark Patterson show will be taking place.

Disabled Parking


Disabled car parking at Strand Rd car park, and is fully allocated to blue badge holders for 31st October. It is advised, due to road closures etc., that you get parked before 6.00pm

Accessible Toilet Provision

Fletcher Avenue, both accessibility Zones Strand Road Car Park, Queen’s Quay, Police Court Street, Foyle Street Car Park, Society Street.

Accessible Viewing Area

Strand Road Car Park in Accessible Car Park, Queen’s Quay (Opposite City Hotel) – some seating available

Security Staff Briefing


Head of security received a briefing to share and familiarise staff on disability awareness and code of conduct prior to event
