The Terror Trail Returns for One Night Only! (Over 18s)

Hunt for clues in the dead of night, take care in the woods or you may get a fright. Find the clues along the trail using only a torch and a map. An intriguing minibus/walking tour that visits a number of fascinating pre – historic sites that can be linked with some of the ancient rituals and traditions that are the origins of the Celtic Festival of Halloween. This entertaining and informative tour that includes some moderate walking is led by a qualified and highly experienced countryside guide, who will enthral you with tales of pagan wells, stone circles, standing stones, Druid`s altars, bog bodies, sacred trees, ritual plant, ancient forests and more. Apart from learning about the history of Halloween you will also gain numerous insights into the scenic landscapes that we travel through. Age 16+, please wear hiking boots.
